Adetutu Oluwaseyi is a seasoned trade and investment lawyer, certified arbitrator, and leadership expert with over 17 years of experience spanning public administration, governance, academia, human resources management, and legal practice. She is a Faculty Member at Caleb University College of Law, Nigeria.

She previously served as Chief Legal Officer at the Ministry of Justice, advising and representing government on commercial transactions and policy implementation, and as Director of Legal Services at the Pension Commission. Her public service career also includes senior roles in the Office of the Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, the Deputy Governor's Office, and the Ministry of Health and Human Services in Ekiti State.

Adetutu is a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria and a Research Fellow at the China-Africa Legal Research Centre, Beijing Foreign Studies University. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, International Bar Association, New York Bar Association, Society of International Economic Law, and the African International Economic Law Network. She co-founded LegalEpp, a tech-driven legal start-up.

Focused on African economic development, she advises governments, private sector clients, and international organisations on international trade, regional integration, and AfCFTA implementation. She also serves on the board of Inclusive Trade for Africa's Development (itradeafrica). Her doctoral research at the University of Cape Town examined Informal Cross-Border Trade under the AfCFTA framework. She holds an LL.M. in International Trade and Investment Law from the University of Pretoria and a Master's degree from Obafemi Awolowo University.

Mulikat Kilani is a disciplined and highly integrity-driven legal practitioner with over 15 years of experience across the Nigerian legal and corporate sectors. Serving as an Associate at Adedeji A. Shamu Adeniji & Co., she possesses a sophisticated academic background, including a Master of Laws (LL.M) from the University of Lagos and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B Hons) from the University of Ado-Ekiti.
